Raised in a place with more cows than people, Gabriel has traveled across oceans and worked in over a dozen different industries. The two that have always called him back are storytelling and food.

He started cooking for friends and family at the age of eleven before making a short appearance on season three of MasterChef in 2012. He’s worked in a Bakery & Café serving breakfast and lunch foods, an American steakhouse grilling meats, a French Bistro in the heart of Philadelphia preparing intricate dishes and multi-course meals, and the prep/gardener at Hyeholde just outside of Pittsburgh. He is currently back in the Philadelphia area working as a private chef.

Food, for Gabriel, is more than sustenance; it is a haven of comfort and connection. The profound joy he finds in bringing people together over a memorable meal is the very essence of his passion. With every dish he creates, Gabriel aspires to kindle not only a delightful culinary experience but also a lasting memory that resonates in the hearts of his guests.
